dc.description.abstract Atypical work is basically grounded on employment contracts of a particular type and it may exist a multitude of conventions regulating the employment relationship different from the standard form. This includes various contractual forms: fixed-term employment contracts, the part-time, temporary work or the home, tele-work, work under the contract of zero hours etc. We do not propose an analysis of these contractual terms, but capturing aspects that highlight the need for appropriate regulations in this regard. Such rules may cover both the provisions supplement of the Labour Code or relevant normative acts , but also the development of new legislation. en_US
