dc.description.abstract This paper explores the theme of collective bargaining, based on the finding that it tends to narrow its scope to the benefit of individual negotiation. Among the causes of restricting collective bargaining are considered: globalization, detailed legislating, the pressure of consumers or the opposition of the individual employee. These trends have repercussions on the entire branches of law, resulting in an expansion of individual labor law, to the detriment of the collective one. en_US
